Im so sick of people saying :
omg i had like 120cals ran million miles & did 1000 sit ups im such a pig.
that really upsets me..

Ive been struggling with my weight for nearly 9 years..
My heighest weight was 160lbs lowest weight 108lbs..
Im looking for friends whole help me and give me healthy advice..
I keep a food journal and calorie count everyday
