Has anyone ever ordered online ?

I used to buy hoodia gordonii pills offline, but pharmacy that has hoodia is far away and I'm tired of spending hours in transport.

Now found this site - http://www.buy-mega-hoodia.com
Is it ok to buy pills over the internet ?
Has anyone any experience with online pharmacy stores ? Is it safe ?

Where Is Everyone?

Well...I've lost a lot of weight in the last 2 years. Most of which was lost between April of 2006 and now. Since I moved here in July of 2005 I've went from a size 13 to a size 9. I had to get my engagement ring resized in August from a 7 to a 6. Now it needs resized again! I am just so excited. Only thing I haven't been able to lose is my lower stomach. I am going to be working on that. I want to look good this summer and for my cruise wedding in October since we're going to Costa Rica. Oh well...I'm looking good. I think. Everyone has noticed it and has said something to me. My Mom even noticed which made me feel so good!

These are recent from Dec 16 and Jan 3rd.

introduction

Hello everyone.
I'm not sure if this community is still active and accepting new members, but I noticed there's a new moderator so I figured I'd just post and see what happens :)

Short Term Goal Weight: 154lb

Are you on a Diet? if so, what kind?: I'm following a Mediterranean-style food plan that my doctor gave me a few years ago in one of my attempts to lose weight.
Favorite Exercises: swimming
Best Motivation: being able to fit in my old pair of jeans.

How do you feel about yourself right NOW?: not very well to be honest. I don't like what I see and that heavily affects my mood and my confidence.
How WOULD you like to feel about yourself?: I've lost weight before and it made me feel very nice and confident. It wasn't just about looking good but also feeling more energetic, like I could do anything I set my mind into.
What steps are you taking to improve your health? I just started my diet again and planning on going back to the gym tomorrow.

Feel free to post a "Before" picture!

From your moderator:

I do apologize.
My computer crashed and I'm not on this one long enough to type anything up.
However, as soon as I can turn my computer back on, I'll be here.
I swear!

Since We Like To Share Receipes Here!

A great low calorie, high protein, low fat (maybe no fat) meal that is soooooooo good.

Baked boneless skinless chicken breast
topped with I Can't Believe it Not Butter spray (I always pour this instead of spray, so it's more like a sauce),
Califonia blend veggies
and brown rice.

Yum-my!

The butter spray has no calories, no fat, no cholesterol, and no carbs- so if you love butter, pile it on!

Pumpkins!!

Because everyone loves pumpkins!!

Halloween is a great excuse to talk about a superstar vegetable that I love to eat - pumpkin!

Pumpkin, a type of winter squash, is naturally fat free, and provides only 30 calories per one cup serving. Pumpkin is also a good source of fiber, beta carotene, potassium, and two antioxidants called lutein and beta-cryptoxanthin. Lutein helps reduce the risk of macular degeneration and beta-cryptoxanthin helps fight arthritis.

Pumpkin flesh tends to be sweet, making it a terrific ingredient for pies, soups, puddings, and breads. For a yummy pumpkin breakfast pudding, try this simple recipe listed below.

Pumpkin-Yogurt Breakfast Pudding:

  • ½ cup 100% canned pure pumpkin
  • 1 cup (8 ounce container) vanilla, nonfat yogurt
  • 1-2 tablespoons wheat germ
  • Optional chopped walnuts (lightly toasted)

Mix pumpkin puree with vanilla yogurt and top with wheat germ and chopped, toasted walnuts. Serve for breakfast... or enjoy after dinner for dessert.
